Our list is compiled and updated continuously from a number of sources including websites, business and industry directories, phone verification, government records, licensing boards, municipal directories, membership rosters, attendee registers, Yellow Page and Business White Page directories, county courthouse records, and leading business publications. |

How often are they updated? Do many people opt-out? |

| The list is updated in real time. Any bounces, changes or removes etc. are updated as they happen. New names are added as they are found. Unsubscribes are very low. Most come from agents who are retiring. | |||

Will everyone on your list get a copy of my Email? |

| Unfortunately mass Emailing is not yet an “exact science”. Around 6%-8% of Emails don’t go through. These undeliverable addresses change throughout the day and there is no way to predict which Email addresses will end up on the undeliverable list. | |||
How long does it take before the Email is sent out? |
